While we were gone on holidays last week, I recieved a message from the ladies at the post office in town, telling me that I had a parcel with parishable items enclosed. What????? I had no idea what it might be. I was delighted to see the pretty box when we got home, and saw that the name on it was Eden’s Apples. I was still a little unsure of what might be inside, because I didn’t think that apples were something you would send in the mail! I was pleasantly surprised to find a beautifully wrapped, carmel/chocolate covered apple enclosed. The thank you note attached was from the SIAST student that I had work with me for a week in the spring. Marcy was fun to have around, and I enjoyed getting to share some photography tips with her. It was such a thoughtful gift to give, and so original! If you’d like to visit the website, you can do it here. They’re as delicious as they look!
