I got to spend friday afternoon with three wonderful people. Little Miss “Big gorgeous blue eyes” took me around the farm to do her mini personal photo shoot before we left to hang out in Regina together to do the real photo shoot. She found a salamander, and quickly scooped him up to show me. She’s actually holding onto him still in the donkey hugging image. She’s such a doll. Farm girl at heart, but with a touch of European flair that she has inherited from being born and living overseas. She can speak a bit of Hungarian, is a classic violinist, ballerina and now she can add pianist to her list of talents. Anyway, I’m getting waaaay off topic. I have known this family since I moved to Grenfell, and they’ve become great friends to me. I love that they can teach me about good food and great wine, and I can live vicariously through all their wonderful travelling stories. Thank you so much for a great afternoon.
