The other afternoon I got to do a shoot completely just for fun. I don’t often do that, because I can rarely afford the time, but when these girls called me wanted to do a crazy shoot, I made the time. It was so cool to be able to just take my camera, try funky poses, use weird lenses, do different photoshop techiniques, all just because it was artistic and creative. It was so much fun to just let loose a bit!
The girls said they had some interesting outfits and ideas, so I went with it. I used my funky Lensbaby lens, so if you’re looking at these images thinking they look really blurry in parts, that’s on purpose! It’s a fun lens, but it’s a little more artistic, and not always something for everyone’s tastes. It’s also a little hard to use, so I don’t use it too often. We had quite a few stares as people drove by and saw the tutus, bright colors and boas. It was great! thanks for being super models and for getting all artsy for me.
