Homestead centennial – Gladmar

Like I’ve mentioned before, I don’t always travel super far distances for sessions, other than weddings. There are always exceptions though, and this was one of them. This family was celebrating their Homestead’s 100th year. I know the one couple, as the girl is from Grenfell, and I photographed their wedding waaaaay back when I first started out. Actually, my dad helped me with it because I was so new. It was one of the very first weddings I  did.  I travelled down to the teeny town of Gladmar, down south, near the US border. It rained the whole way down, so I was sure we were going to be forced to do everything inside. Luckily, the rain didn’t fall at their farm once we got there! It misted, and it was cold enough that our breath was very visible, but we did everything outside, and it turned out perfectly. I was able to spend time with each family individually, and we took advantage of all sorts of areas of the farm. Enjoy the preview everyone!
