Last week there was a night that there was freezing rain. When we woke up in the morning, alot of the branches were covered in a thin layer of ice. It looked so amazing! My little guy and I were outside and we were checking out the spirea leaves, and he said “Mom, go and get your camera so you can take a picture!” So I ran in and got my macro lens on the camera, and took a few shots (and then some of my firewood stack. I love the look of stacked firewood)  As soon as I had finished taking pictures of the frozen leaves, Casey then grabbed his lightsaber and swiftly began smashing the snot out of the bush to break the ice. Oh well, it was pretty while it lasted!

Well, after 4 months, many headaches, many mini temper tantrums, and plenty of tears, I have my blog back, all fresh and new. I have to give a HUGE thank you to my friend Jason, of Schultz Photographic. If it weren’t for him, I would have no new blog. I’m totally lost in this area, and he basically got everything up and running for me. So thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Now, lots of posts to catch up with, and lots of new news.  But for now, I leave you with a recent image I shot on a foggy day.
