I’m not going to post each session individually, because it would take me forever, but I’m going to do a few post installments over the next few days, containing a few families each time.  It’s been a busy month, even though it didn’t look like it lately on here!

I’m not good at figuring out computer issues, and if it were up to me, I’d just take picture, edit them, and converse with clients. Unfortunately, being a photographer in this day and age is so much more than just the photography end!  As great as the internet is, it causes problems, and when they occur, if you’re not a computer guru, it tends to get scary and overwhelming.  I had a friend (Jason Schultz of Schultz Photographic) come over today and help me figure a few things out.  As far as we can see, it looks like all blog virus issues have been resolved. I apologize to anyone who may have been affected by this. It sucks that things get hacked, and viruses spread, and knowing that stuff originated from this blog just makes me sick. Hopefully everyone had good virus protection and was warned not to enter the site.  Again, my apologies for all this mess!!

The sun was gorgeous, the leaves were just the right color, this grad student dressed in soft colors which worked perfectly with the softness of the light, and she was super photogenic.  Thanks for making everything so easy!

Their momma, Melissa Chapman of White Lotus Photography, is a photographer friend of mine, and this was the first time I got to meet her husband and kids. We headed out to my inlaws farmyard to shoot their session, and these city kids just thought the tractor was the best! We had a great time shooting, until heads collided and the session came to a crashing halt with two black eyes. Thankfully, we were just wrapping up anyway, but there were some pretty colorful faces for the ride home.  :(  Hopefully everyone is all healed up!
